3.2 Geographic Restriction. The phcash Platform is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the phcash Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Registration Requirements. To open a phcash Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). phcash is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and other documentation as requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3.5 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phcash Account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. phcash reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances therein pending investigation.
3.6 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the phcash Platform:
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcash Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phcash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify phcash immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account. phcash may suspend your Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.
4.3 Account Currency. All phcash Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. phcash reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your phcash Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name that matches your verified phcash Account details. phcash reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. phcash is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. phcash may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. You agree to cooperate fully with any AML-related requests from phcash.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by phcash are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion on the phcash Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.
6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. 6.6 phcash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted a promotion in good faith.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phcash Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
7.2 RNG Certification. 7.3 Malfunction Policy. 11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phcash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 phcash's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your phcash Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phcash's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 phcash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
12.2 Upon termination for cause, phcash reserves the right to withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
12.3 Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to phcash's internal dispute resolution process. You may contact our support team to initiate a formal complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phcash's internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction.
13.4 You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
14.1 phcash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the phcash Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
14.3 Your continued use of the phcash Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.5.
